I think all the original people have left because of the very low pay, no benefits, very poor products and huge territories. No bonus unless you have an excellent evaluation, so it is totaly up to Burnham to give it to you. You have to kiss his hand every time you see him to stay in his good graces. They no longer have the great reps they started with, therefore they have nothing to offer their clients. These small companies would be fools to contract with WSI and you would be a fool to work for them.

Are Mark Christen, Monica Specia, Bob Sims still w/ this group? How is the pay structured? Who are they getting contracts with these days? And, how is Burnham to work for? Are there field managers and if so, who are they? I heard Scott Talamantes is there? Tell me that he's not a manager?

Burnham has turned into a whore! He's greedy and treats everyone terribly. I actually heard they were negotiating a contract w/ a company which I know. I called the RAM and warned him. Lot's of promises, and no return. Asks reps to falsify reports and misrepresent activity in the field. It's a hoax and it's a damn shame!
 






Whoa! I was going to look into WSI too, but the more I do the more bad news I hear. Not enough pay, I don't think they provide a car, products suck, and the territories are huge. I asked a couple of reps about falsifying reports and it could be true from what they were willing to talk about.
 






Say what you want about whether salaries are low at WSI and it's true they don't have cars. The truth is they do pay car allowances/bonuses and the reps have never been asked to falsify any reporting. Call reporting sucks, but they don't lie about it.
 






Best to talk to one of the employees. Ask for the truth. A company that contracts with many companies has reporting problems, mistakes, & is ripe for false reporting from its representatives or from the management.
 






I WAS an employee until the middle of last year. I was recruited away for a Federal AM position because of my experience, mostly with WSI. Tiny company with typical challenges. Their management was stretched thin, but they always were trying to do the right thing. Over my time there, compensation improved considerably and they have some long time, quality people staying with them in the field. I was never instructed to report anything false or misleading about my call activity or the business in my government accounts.

I knew Burnham when he was a sales rep in Las Vegas. He had a personalized license plate "DETAIL". He was a jerk then.
 






I just found this website. I am shocked how these so called highly educated professionals write about each other and the language used to cut each other to pieces. Shame on you!
I worked with Dave at both Pharmacia and WSI. He is a good man so lay off. They are trying to provide a specialized service within the pharmaceutical business which is much needed. I was not asked to falsify any reporting. Dave Rice, Rick Ryan and Dave Burnham are doing the best they can and in the mean time providing jobs for people. You people that just work as reps should try owning and running your own business. You would see these guys in a whole different light.
