What exactly is the separation package?

Hard to sue a company that went chapter 7 and sold whatever assests it had off and they will have to pay the banks and whoever else first and we're a last on the list.

All I can tell you is: severance package or not, you are eligible to apply for unemployment immediately. Do not let anyone tell you that you cannot collect unemployment and severance concurrently....they are lying and trying to save themselves money. You've paid into the unemployment system for years, so take advantage of what is due you. Good luck to you all.

That is correct. We all had to empty our storage lockers and mail equipment back to the distribution center. If we failed to do so, we forfeited our "severance, if any is forthcoming". So, all the effort yesterday (returning cars, samples, computers, etc.) was done on faith.

I don't think I have ever seen severance provided in the case of a bankruptcy.

We found out friday that we will be getting a 4th quarter bonus and 2 months severance pay right after the 1st of the year.Better than nothing.I'm going to miss working for Graceway and Joel F.Great bunch of guys.
