IC Plan is bad. Managers are still at it with their pressure tactics. Nobody in leadership seems to comprehend the way mental health systems operate. Can we get bought out now?

Managers use the weekly ranking report to remind us we are not doing a good job, however no regards or even acknowledge of our contributions...Yes, it may be single digits but its work, the weekly ranking report is their whip used to humiliate us. Have they taken the time to sit down and talk strategy, access...? That it'll be to much for their little brains. The leaders of this organisation are way to arrogant, if they were kinder to us, if we are treated w respect they would get better results. Its not rocket science you know! 100%! Anyone else see that our CFO just sold 3 million dollars worth of his ITCI shares yesterday?!?! At $45.63 a share. HmmmmmPerfectly stated. What does that indicate?
It may indicate that there is no sale coming up in the near term. Otherwise, he’d hang onto those shares waiting to sell at a premium. He probably received those share when the stock was in single digits. $45 is a pretty good sell price.
It may just indicate he wants the money. He got them at $15 a share and he made himself a nice profit. But for a CFO to do that it’s public, analysts definitely look at that. And for the stock to be at its lowest point since January 2022 it just seems an odd time to be selling if you’re in for the long-haul.What does that indicate?
