What a disappointing company



















So much negativity on cafepharma. I didnt get the job I interviewed for, but I wouldnt call this place or the interviewing process mismanaged. I hire in my role and admit it's never perfect, but plenty of good people dont get the jobs. There are many factors and reasons. I'm happy for aimmune. There is great promise. I'd welcome the opportunity to still join them, but arent going to bash them because I didnt. Congrats and good luck guys.

Yes there is a modicum of negative posts but they are generally very honest even tho it may hurt sensitive egos ….like the basement dwelling millennials, maybe like yours?? Fact is those who did not get offers are basically losers or are overqualified geeks who have no situational and social sales skills !

Says the guy who schleps starbucks into offices and asks how many people will be attending lunch. You make a real difference in the world! Don't forget it. Sleep well at night because of it . Your legacy is schlepping meals and pretending to matter in this world. It seems he was being genuine, but you are just a dick in this world and probably dont have too many friends.

Congratulations on the Adcom opinion. I am thrilled that this therapy is going to be available for children and their families, schools and their social environments. I interviewed and did not get the job (disappointed and highly qualified) I’ve read though the posts on here and I’m trying to understand why the “situational” questions that are so highly valued will enable someone to be a better “ Practice Account Manager”. Is this really the best way to discover talented “account managers” ? . Does the doctor marking the therapeutic decision to treat a patient, and looking to implement into practice really wonder how I overcame an obstacle and am able to spew it into the STAR format? Really,If am there to meet their patient and office needs? There’s nothing tricky about this job. It Is knowing the customer and what their goals are. How does a 15 minute Q and A with situational questions determine who will excel. It’s kind of messed up. But. Nonetheless. I’m hoping for a successful launch for the sake of the kids and the families. Good luck.
 






Forgot to mention, for those of you who got the job are looking for a stock bump or a buy out, are you really in this for the right reason? It ain’t about you. And that is what really saddens me after looking at these posts.

Situational Sales is the latest mantra in marketing. Take a look at the marketing 102 courses these days and that is the latest buzz. Translated: you must exploit the situation to make the sale...almost as important as product knowledge and 'experience'. Also the skillful use of social media falls in this area.

Those who were hired have strong situational and social (media) SKILLS.
 


















The entire process with the company thus far has been very positive. From the phone interview to the face to face to the final offer, all very professional. A lot of bad things being said on this thread but truly haven’t had any red flags thus far. Management is very forthcoming and communicating on a regular basis even though we are not officially on board yet. I would consider the opportunity if I were you.
