What a disappointing company

This will be a great product. It fills a great need. The interview process was a challenge. But they all are!

Aimmune,

It would be polite (and a gesture of common courtesy) for a simple-communication (either from MNGR or at least from the RECRUITERS) to those who invested their time and have received no communication.

Very noticeable-because they only brought 2 forward for each territory for live interviews.

It’s never fun, however, giving some constructive feedback or a polite notice of “we went another direction” always shows class.

Heck-you never know...your first person may fall though (like out west) when that Canidate walked away from the predetermined salary after they couldn’t negotiate MORE.

strangest process and final interview i've been through. senior leadership highly suspect...lots of red flags, eg 45 minute final interview. very clear they're a company hoping to be bought with no real interest in sales. recipe for failure. wish them the best, but i'll give the edge to any new competitors in market with half a brain.

Wow you must hate this place. The offers are out, some contingent, and the money and 30% bonis are not bad (if we ever collect).. But IMO there is some truth to all the buyout rumors circulating. So if we take the position will we get canned on the buyout?

Cronyism is apparent. Good luck to those who were given a contingent offer, sincerely. .I wasted my time preparing and interviewing after a marathon process. Well sometimes the devil you don’t know is better than the devil you know. Especially for those who don’t have experience in the allergy space.

It appears the best free-thinking with off-the-cuff situational skills got the offers. Anyone who 'overprepared' was exposed by the skillful interview techniques as actually weak sales material and therefore nixed.

This product has some potential but too scary with senior leadership who simply don’t get it.

The offers are going to those who can 'walk and chew gum". Word from source is the overprepared candidates were stale interviewees and could not make it in situational sales. Overprepared meaning they were programed to feed the team a profoundly BS filled illusory image of themselves that would not hold up when situations require quick response and social skills with customers. Stop complaining and move on.
