I am not saying he is a bad person. Everyone has something they need to work on. Wes needs to work on his communication skills. He is severely lacking. He is demanding and rubs people the wrong way. He sends emails to matrix partners telling them what to do as if they report to him. He has to work on that.

This guy is a piece of shit. There’s a reason why this thread is blowing up. I’ve witnessed the way he has talked condescendingly talked to people. He doesn’t have a clue who I am bc he didn't know that I was observing him and was within earshot. I was seething at the way he was coming off to this other person during one occasion. To make matters worse that idiot Wes was totally wrong the whole time. Realized he was wrong, then did this weird backpedal thing and tried to gaslight the other person. He is very manipulative, bitchy in this weird aggressive way, and pushy. Like he’s always trying to get the upper hand in some weird Gotcha! game. Those who know, know what I’m saying. He does this to men, women, anyone really from what I heard.

Pay attention to him… Like really pay attention to his mannerisms and tone and you can tell deep down he is a very troubled individual. Very insecure with a very nasty temper. Nothing worse than a dumbass hothead.

I see what you are saying. Little things will pop up during a conversation. Like you just hear something that is aggressive and you dismiss it. I see exactly what you are saying. He scares me honestly. Not everyone on his team gushes over him. I have heard several are going to bail in January once they don’t have to pay back the money. Are there “higher ups” that know how he is?

I love Wes! You are an idiot who doesn’t work. Wes has been nothing but good to me. This might be that Jaime guy who is a racist.
 






The guy is a hardworking individual who expects people to do their job. Some of the people who are saying these nasty things were fired because they were not doing their job. Not covering their territory, accounts who didn’t know who the rep was, making calls on dead doctors and reps who never did lunches or any type of programs. We even had members working 10 - 2 at most. The man call it out. I can personally tell you he has made me better and I learn from him every time he spends time with me in the field. So if you don’t like it here go to another company. So if you want to call me an ass kisser that’s fine. A number of us feel the same way. Guess what we are not allergic to our company cars! We do our jobs and we like to win!

Not everyone on your team feels that way from what I was told. Look everyone knows that no rep is in an office at 4:45. It doesn’t happen. His job is his life. This place will lay him off tomorrow and not bat an eye.

We can all stop by not posting good or bad. Second either call Wes, his boss or HR. I stand by my statement he is a good dude and I report to him directly.
