He’s a good person. I think he’s getting a bad rap on here, a couple of disgruntled people who don’t wanna work and don’t wanna be held accountable. I haven’t worked with him directly, but there are people that have who like him. Not everyone on a team is a player, a good coach will constantly be evaluating folks and making in some cases hard decisions about who stays and who goes. It’s not personal, it’s just business.

Ha ha, you admit you haven’t worked with him but you know he’s good. So Wes expert, does asking a former employee if English is their second language, fall under your idea of good coaching?

The story from over a dozen others is Wes is genuinely a nasty person and he is viewed this way by just about everyone not equal or above him in rank. He has zero self awareness so will not learn anything. He’s defensive on steroids as you can he is the person who keeps posting in his own defense (he’s got one rep helping him) and calling everyone idiots and bad workers. That’s his excuse for the feedback is that the critics just don’t want to work hard. So around and around it goes in circles with Wes refusing to work on himself and getting nastier and nastier. This is a very bad manager and a very bad situation. The nasty shit he says to people is off the charts. And it will go on and on until this drug goes down the tubes.

No point. It’s best to move on. He has a stellar rep with home office. They will take his side if issues are raised.
