Wes Wilhite

A lot of people do like him, hard working, conscientious and focused on excellence. Not everyone strives to be the epitome of success, and these folks have a hard time with him as his standards and expectations conflict with mediocrity.
It’s not about mediocrity! It’s about nitpicking every thing. He goes out of his way to retaliate. A team cannot have that much turn over and every single person was mediocre. If that was the case then he really shouldn’t be a manager because he cannot pick good people. So enough. He stabbed one of his FRMs in the back. He attempted to stop the job promotion of a good friend of mine but sure. He’s great.

Some people just need to grow up, we’re not in elementary school anymore. Not everyone gets a trophy. Do the work you’re asked to do, don’t expect pats on the back every day for just doing your damn job. Stop complaining, grow a set.

You are clearly an imbecile. This isn’t about a pat on the back. Do you have trouble reading? This is about kudos. It’s about treating people like they are inferior. It’s about making racist and sexist comments. You defense of him is just weird.

You are such an idiot, congrats. Idiot of the year award goes to….. YOU

Damn that is sad. Imagine your circle being so small it just includes you and that demon. Maybe try joining a Facebook meet up group so you can meet other people. Hell volunteer at a food bank.
Such a hyperbolic dumbass

“Laurence Harvey plays Raymond Shaw, a US Army Sergeant who has been awarded the Medal of Honor for saving the lives of nine members of his battalion that were being held behind enemy lines in Korea.”

Wes in the middle of your bad qualities I thiught a good quality was you were smart. But it really is stupid for you to keep posting all there unconvincing responses. Let it go, bro.

So I understand Jacqueline and Tim not liking him but what about the others. What is the story there?
The story from over a dozen others is Wes is genuinely a nasty person and he is viewed this way by just about everyone not equal or above him in rank. He has zero self awareness so will not learn anything. He’s defensive on steroids as you can he is the person who keeps posting in his own defense (he’s got one rep helping him) and calling everyone idiots and bad workers. That’s his excuse for the feedback is that the critics just don’t want to work hard. So around and around it goes in circles with Wes refusing to work on himself and getting nastier and nastier. This is a very bad manager and a very bad situation. The nasty shit he says to people is off the charts. And it will go on and on until this drug goes down the tubes.
