It’s not about mediocrity! It’s about nitpicking every thing. He goes out of his way to retaliate. A team cannot have that much turn over and every single person was mediocre. If that was the case then he really shouldn’t be a manager because he cannot pick good people. So enough. He stabbed one of his FRMs in the back. He attempted to stop the job promotion of a good friend of mine but sure. He’s great.A lot of people do like him, hard working, conscientious and focused on excellence. Not everyone strives to be the epitome of success, and these folks have a hard time with him as his standards and expectations conflict with mediocrity.
