Multi-family real estate owned at the school I went to (University of Oregon): Valued at about $4M right now, and going up.

I am fairly sure I made the right decision.

The 401K is a good investment if you are a lazy sack of garbage, that doesn't want to THINK or LISTEN.

I won't go into detail, but these blokes were crying like a bunch of bitches when I bought my properties between 2008-2012, when the real estate market was depressed.

These lazy sack of crap sat there crying, and were so dam lazy, that they (luckily for them) just continued to sit on there asses until the market came back. Those that panicked got their rear ends handled to them. Especially, people that wanted to retire at that time, but lost too much money, in 2009, when the market tanked.

Most of you are too dumb to take the money out now, when you should. Now is the time, during these all time highs.

Unfortunately, most of you are too dumb to take action and sell now, and the international bankers know that, and are waiting for the perfect time to depress the markets again, and screw most of you over.
