I have my first interview this week with Chilcott...I hear there is a hair-follicle test involved!...Is that true? That is kinda scary....Does everyone who is hired pass?
 












There is NO WAY this is true! I loved the company when I worked for them but now I make literally 4 times what I made with WC. It makes me sad to say but it is true. If you are new to the industry and trying to make "real" money take the experience and GO.
 
























WC is the worst Company I have worked for. I have worked for three and can say this is the most screwed up bunch I have seen. Poor leadership, and reps that can not sell. Besides they want us to sell off label. I worked for two big pharma and came to WC because it was sold to me how you can make six figures. I am making that but not completely happy about how I have to do it. I feel like a car sales rep! By the way, i read and hear all the negatives on the PG reps, I hear nothing but respect from their Dr's that I have taken over. I hate that we are losing many of their top reps as I want to see my stock I own in WC grow.
 












I use to work at WC until one day they hired billy bob to manage our district. Oh this guy was so cool and MAN, I didn't know how he knew my territory better than me?? He really knew how to motivate his reps AND detail L24!!! "hey guys","when you go into the ob/gyn offices just tell the clinicians", "Yaz is a dangerous drug and your gonna see lawsuits happening very soon". It didn't take long before ole billy bob was asked NOT to bash the competition by my clinicians. There were a few offices that TOLD me NOT to bring him in their office. This guy didn't have a clue how to manage and motivate his district. If you read this billy bob, keep this mind, you did me a huge favor by giving me the option to leave or else be fired. I remember that day in the hotel lobby, you were so nervous that your hands were shaking and your forehead was sweating. lol,,,I actually felt sorry for you. You drove in to town to fire me and even had an armed security guy sitting about 20 yards away like I was going to get up and start swinging like mike tyson,,,lol You really don't know me. I was a calm and cool as a cucumber. I have nothing to worry about.

God is probably not pleased with me writing this about WC and ole billy bob. He says, "vengeance is mine saith the Lord", "I will repay".
WC is a huge supporter of Planned Parenthood and really the big reason why is b/c of the all mighty dollar. One day I was in a district meeting and billy bob told me that I needed to call on Planned P/hood and some other doctor around the block from Planned P/hood. I didn't want to step one foot into that cemetery of the devils playground. But I followed orders from my mgr. I went in and was told to wait in the basement where they ate lunch. No one was down there. It was cold and damp and had the smell of death. The doctor finally came down to see me, we talked about my product for a minute then he got started talking about how much he hated America and that he was going to make as much money as soon as possible and go live on some exotic island far away from everybody. Do you see where I'm going with this?? He was a miserable man. His heart was cold and full of hate. He needed a Savior, he needed Jesus. I knew it wasn't the place or time to share with him how to become a christian so I asked him to dinner. We met for dinner one night. Started talking about sports, the economy, his family and then,,,,,I asked him the most important question that he needed to be asked....."doc, if you died tonight, where would you spend eternity? He said, HELL, and then he asked me where would you, I said with someone who hung naked on a cross and died for our sins just so we could have everlasting life with Him in heaven where there's no pain, no suffering, no malice, no diesease, no worries, no evil what so ever!!! I began to share with him how much God loves him and regardless of whatever sins he's committed, Jesus wants to forgive him of his sins.
He said he wasn't ready to give up this lifestyle he's living. He wanted to make more $$ then he would consider becoming a christian one day. I shared with him what bible says,"what shall it profit a man if he gains the whole world but loses his own soul"? I told him its great to make money, just don't make it your God. It all will become ashes one day.
The bible says, "life is but a vapor, it appears for a while then vanishes".
Whoever you are that reads this, whether your a former WC rep, WC DM, WC RM, and yes you too Mr. CEO of Warner Chilcott,,,,,,you can play this game of selling your drugs, eating nice dinners, making big $$, riding around in your company cars, flying all over the world, wearing your new suits, talking like you have a degree from Harvard,,,,,,,,,,, BUT,,,,,,,,,, ONE DAY,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,YOU TOO,,,,HAVE TO ANSWER THE SAME QUESTION THAT I ASKED THAT DOCTOR,,,,,WHERE WILL YOU spend eternity? Heaven or Hell, it's YOUR CHOICE!!
 






WC without a doubt is the worst company I have ever worked for. I have been in sales and management and this company is at the bottom. My last two years of salary was $149k.

Maybe the turnover rate should give you a clue! The amount of turnover is very costly and as a previous stockholder that is a negative. WC needs to get someone or a consultant group to teach them how to hire the right people. It all starts in recruiting, HR, and management. The search firms has WC rated at the bottom for pharma companies to work for. You can throw all the crap you want out there about you can make 100K, but if the support is awful and the tactics are wrong, it will be short term. That is why the average rep that is employed with WC is less than 3 yr's of employment.
 






I respect how you feel and what you are saying and I'm a strong believer in JC too, but be careful about posting things like this on the internet. It sounds like you are angry and pointing your finger at everyone, but yourself. Things might have been unethical and wrong in your company, but your not being a good representative of Jesus by expressing your emotions. I would take this post off if I were you. You are holding an offense against people and your company. Let it go and let GOD do your vindicating. I've been in your shoes, Its not worth it.

I am a former Pharma rep, and I agree with the HR and hiring. The industry lends itself to hiring entitled people. When they do not succeed, it is never their fault, and when they get in trouble, they cry foul to HR. If anyone reading this is in HR or recruiting with ANY pharma company, know that there are solutions - assessments that find people with entitlement, those not accountable, those who will steal and lie and become a virus when they do not get what they "deserve". I am a consultant now and help companies save millions by simply hiring the right people with a $10 assessment and some common practices.
