The problem is that boozin' Swiney has chosen all the RD freaks below him. They are all "yes" people, "Yes, Jerry", "Yes, Jerry", etc. I'm gonna puke if I hear my RD say, "I just want to reach out to you all...", or, "Moving forward..." Can't ANYONE be original any more? This realignment is a total mess. Every single rep agrees to it. NO ONE is happy with the changes.

Hey Sarah! Hey Huib! How come you had the COSMIC ERP post about all the problems removed off this board? You know the one ... it talked about your mismanagement and the ISD goons Micael Vacaro, Addler St. Jeane, Anton van something, David Nerdfors. Was it because Finance and Allentown despise Mick the Dick Vacaro because he shouts at us, or because Adler is supposed to get DN's job due to DN's incompetence even though people know ASJ is having an affair with someone in HR and can't manage his way out of a shoebox, or your complete lack of knowledge about IT, or the never-ending delays of the project itself? What don't you want the rest of Organon or the public to know? The truth! The rest of us deserve to hear why there are so many delays with this project and the IT staff running it. The original post must have hit a raw nerve with Organon management because the post was here yesterday, gone today. Just when it was getting interesting. If anyone has copies of that post, please put them back. Leave it up to the big O to have the truth removed from this board!

for those of you who like working for Organon and Avinza...I have an interview this week - any advise for the role playing and interview would be greatly appreciated.
 


















Avinza Organon contract

Does anyone know whether the Organon contract can be terminated by Ligand if sales targets are not met? Is Organon required to make a payment to Avinza if this happens? Also, Ligand is in the toilet in its stock. What happens to Avinza/Organon if Ligand is takenover?
 






I use to work at Organon for over six years. I have been with another pharma company now for five (top 5 company) and I am not surprised things still suck over there. They got bad with the launch of Remeron SolTab and then Raplon. Of course we all know what happened to Raplon. Management had no clue what they were doing (still seems that way). I can tell you right now Organon's reputation is terrible amoungst the pharma industry and I am so much happier with this company. Frankly, there just is no comparison. I am also sorry to hear of "several" really good people that are still at Organon both as reps and managers! I feel for them .They CAN do better!

As a relatively new sales person at organon, I am so disgusted. Just look who they put in charge of zemeron training... santioned by the NIH for falsifying data and submitting fake data for government funding, and fired from his last job! That shows a lot of respect for your sales colleagues.

As the holidays approach, I would like to wish all of you a Merry Christmas! Happy Hanukah! etc. etc. And I would ask that everyone take a moment to count your blessings. As a single income family, and nearly lost my job. I hope all of this pettiness can be put aside for a few days. Gain perspective on what's really important, slandering co-workers is not a good use of your time. Stay positive and you will feel better about yourself and those around you.
