Have any of the preferred cadidates that have been through the process been notified and offered the job yet?
This could not be more untrue. There were over 6,000 applicants for 42 position! What difference does it make where training is? 2 weeks in house, some home study, and some training in the field is standard. I just feel bad for the reps that have been waiting a long time to find out if they are going to do a panel interview but haven’t heard anything in over a month. My manager said they are struggling to get enough qualified applicants for the process and this is holding things up. Perhaps managers should communicate better with those who are in the mix before they lose them and are left with nothing.
You're kidding right? What medical school did you attend. Newer Anti-Psychotics might be somewhat cleaner, but there is still the propensity for TD down the road. Have you seen what Teva is doing with their product Austedo? Maybe you are simply in an area where Psychiatrists or Neurologists are living under a rock, but just look at where your Centers of Excellence are treating and studying this disease and I'm sure you will think differently.
