It seems like it’s one big mess. The P1 recruiter has been communicating updates but it seems like they are in the dark too. Last update is that the start date has been pushed back to the fall. By that time most of the talented reps in the mix will have moved on to other opportunities.
 












Sorry but a lot of you candidates sound pathetic! Let’s say you went on a date with someone in May, and you felt pretty good about how it went. You send a message to the person saying how nice it was to have met with him/her. They never respond. Now we are approaching mid July. Are you that desperate that you would give a damn about that person now? Do you have any self worth? Put it out of your mind. If the person calls, then you decide if they are worth it. Remember that the way you are treated in the interview process is a sign of how you will be treated as an employee. If they truly value you there should be no doubt in your mind. I have a couple of referrals in the mix and I told them the same. I felt more love when I went through the process but now it seems different. Not sure what has changed.


You are 100% correct!!! If they keep candidates in the dark that is poor communication and a lack of respect. That is the recipe for disaster on the work front. Even if they have plans to move me forward I have decided I will no longer pursue. When they finally call I will return the favor by not responding.
 






I was told 2 week training in San Diego! What pharma company does this anymore? Maybe bc it’s an expansion train half way across the country in Chicago so families can visit. This is a big inconvenience
 






Same here. Pulled ,myself out of the process because of the 2 week training in San Diego. I can’t leave my kids for that long! It’s 1 product train the reps in a central location!

What difference does it make where training is? 2 weeks in house, some home study, and some training in the field is standard. I just feel bad for the reps that have been waiting a long time to find out if they are going to do a panel interview but haven’t heard anything in over a month. My manager said they are struggling to get enough qualified applicants for the process and this is holding things up. Perhaps managers should communicate better with those who are in the mix before they lose them and are left with nothing.

actually, austedo reached the market first when they launched for HD. If its based on TD indication, then yes, ingrezza had a 4 month headstart. Despite the small difference in launch time, ingrezzas numbers are blowing away austedo. Last qt sales of ingrezza were 71m vs austedo's 30m. Also austedos reccomnded dose(48mg) costs a whooping 120k a year vs ingrezza 74k(80mg).
 












Hi could somebody that could verify the last reply please respond. Does anyone know for sure if the expansion has been put on hold? And if so, any idea when they'll let the candidates know that are sitting here waiting for an offer. Feeling very frustrated!
 






I am in the same boat, received update yesterday telling me I am still actively being considered. I live in Midwest and have reached out to 3 reps I know that work at Neurocrine and they all said they have not heard anything about expansion being on hold. Latest email from P1 said another panel interview is scheduled for first week of August, no location mentioned as well as smaller regional panel interview sessions. The expansion has been posted long enough to attract anyone interested in the positions so waiting is not going to entice any more qualified reps to apply. Second time having to use P1 and each time it was a disaster with little to no communication. Teva and Lilly will be getting new migraine drugs soon, maybe a better opportunity.:confused:
 




































2nd panel interview is for those who have passed the phone screen and have not had a face to face yet, some areas are way behind and are just getting to face to face with hiring manager. Not a 2nd panel for those who have already been to one.
 






If you haven’t been contacted for a face to face then you are not likely moving forward. Most of the lead candidates have already gone through the panel interview. Of course there are exceptions, but if a hiring manager valued you you wouldn’t be left wondering if you are moving on. Alternates are being held in case deals with preferred candidates fall through. At least, that is what my manager shared with me.
