WE ARE SCREWED.......

Who cares. Collect your paycheck and go home.
Any care an employee once had for this company is gone for good.
Doesn't matter if we're first or last. Has no effect on us.
Just as long as it doesn't get pulled.
Although, then we'll get spiriva back, the only drug launch
The company got right.

Not really. BI screwed this one up to by sharing the profits with Pfizer.

I'm so sick of no-nothing reps. The science of betrixabans reversal agent will work on dabi. I appreciate your cut n paste wiki on warfarin but its a little more complicated that that. Do you even understand protein c and s? Go back to calling in cookie trays, you're clearly over your paygrade.
So, you claim that PRT4445 is being tested to reverse Direct Thrombin Ihibitors, and will be approved for this purpose by the FDA? Interesting....and who, exactly, is conducting these trials? Portola?

And you also claim that administering concentrated clotting factors (PCC) or plasma (FFP) is not helpful in the event of serious bleeding on Warfarin? And it's not in the guidelines, right?

OK doctor anonymous, please enlighten us, then. What makes you so much smarter than everyone else?

BI needed Pfizer.
whether the reps from Pfizer were productive, that's another story.
could sum it up to some were good, some not so good, mixed bag.

Bottom line is Pfizer Marketing is why Spiriva is where it is today.

BI's track record of marketing and launch is subpar. Marketing is more important than the product, and Pfiizer's success is monumental.

Wait until you see what Pfizer and BMS marketing have in store for Eliquis.

BS... What did Pfizer bring to the table marketing wise that we didn't already have.
Pfizer got the better end of the co marketing agreement. Bad decision to bring any company in on a product as good as Spiriva.

You Entry Level BI reps are so so sad and pathetic. You could never make it past that 2nd rate pharma company. The bleeds are not the problem. It is the lack of reversal. BI knew that Pradaxa would kill people. Who in their right mind would risk this? You entry level reps may need to read this a couple times, write it down, then read it again to understand. Do the math on 4000 lawsuits plus Multiple indications from competitor. Only Entry Level minds like a BI Rep doesn't get it. It is actually funny.

Say entry level one more time...

Along with assault weapons, the government should stop the sale of Pradaxa! It would be interesting to see which one killed more people in the last few years.

And how would that be interesting?

Homicides by gun in 2007 were just over 12,600 people. There are no figures that confirm how many people died because of PX.

Next thing you know...you'll be arguing to say how many lives were 'saved' because of guns and PX.

I never said I was smarter, I just have another uninformed opinion too. But hey, what the fuck do I know about reversal nor even care. Seems to me this is an anonymous chat board that reps use to pick up on other reps at away meetings. If you are getting information from here other than that, well, hey, maybe I think we have a new winner to the "who's dumber " award.

Nope. Pfizer doesn't bring shit. You clearly have no idea what you are talking about. Why don't you cruise on over the Pfizer's board to view the onslaught about ready to happen tomorrow for proof. Whn they have good drugs they do well (as they should) when the have marginal drugs they fall on their asses.

Explain the market share of :
Toviaz and Chantix and Pristiq or even Relpax?????? These drugs have yet to crack double digits market share and HENCE why they are laying off 40 percent of their card reps.

Lipitor - way better than zocor
Norvasc - way better than verapamil
Viagra - was great forever but really got taken by Cialis these last 4 years or so.
Celebrex - it's a good NSAID, preople swear by it.

Point is, they can't market shit any better than anyone else. If you have a good drug and some other incidentals (like no real competitor, 1st to market, etc) you will succeed. Every body sucks on Pfe's balls like they are awesome marketers, but if that were the case you wouldn't see them in the shitter with even shittier drug market shares. Use your brain, it's not just there to hold up your hair.

By the way, Eliquis has the best data set of all NEW Oral anticoags (if the books weren't cooked as I suspect they are). They wont be number 1 market share due to marketing efforts you dumb ass, it will be due to the drug itself.
