The day for pay for performance is over. There are no performance outliers anymore. Everyone is separated by .10

Throw in the quotas are adjusted every 3 months to offset performance growth. Everyone makes the same amount of money in bonus by the end of the year.

Every Big Pharma company incorporates this system.

Made 165k last year in pharma. I made 100k at crap hole BI being number 1 in the nation. No difference in 1 and last at crao hole BI. Socialist company. You entry levelers could not last in real sales.

Unfortunately we aren't taught to "sell" here, but I think that's a good thing. It's more of a science job I guess. Definitely not for most. I can read the animus you have, any chances that's due to intoxication or are you normally so acerbic in your posts?

Question, because you seem to ask questions you know the answers to, do you think anybody else "knew that pradaxa would kill people?" Or, only BI knew that there would be unfortunate deaths on this drug. I would like to contact you if you have insider infiemation.

So why would FDA let it go through then? Isn't FDA a regulatory agency proscribed to determine the risk/benefits of these drugs? I mean, what's the point of having an FDA then? I don't follow your logic here in this.
