I would encourage any TFS employee reading this to take these comments with a serious grain of salt. These comments are obviously written by one of the few (and yes, there are a few) very bitter, litigious former employees who cannot seem to turn the page on the fact that they were not advanced at their old organization. They would be better off accepting that perhaps they were not promoted due to horrible people skills and talent. They continue to quote from a lawsuit, which was thrown out by the way.

Believe what you want, but their are more than a just a few who felt that the corrupt way they treated the females in the organization had to stop. Hence, multiple additional lawsuits besides the one someone keeps posting to all the CP post here at TFS. It quite funny actually, someone obviously want to get the word out.

The women in the lawsuit were very successful, top producers and rep of the year as well as multiple awards and contest winners, trainers, mentors etc...) Those two couldn't stand the fact and were threatened by the success they had and the relationships they had within the organization.
Lawsuits by the way are never just thrown out. Wishful thinking. It was dismissed from Federal Courts and forced into mandatory Arbitration due to an Employee agreement upon hire.
This has not been Thrown out like the Old Girls would like. We will never probably know the outcome due to gag orders usually imposed after agreements like this are settled. Good luck what happened was truly inexcusable .

I know some of the women who filed the lawsuit and they are some of the best Sales people in the industry. I'd hire any one of them any time.

Agreed. Most of them (not all) were great SALESPEOPLE. Does not mean they deserve to be promoted to management. Did not really have respect of their peers and interpersonal skills were suspect. But, thy had to find someone to blame.

Other than a few, no one could really stand you two.(MZ/ TB) Because you were in a place of power and influence, everyone sucked up to you so they could just exist. They often talked about you and you were the subject of many jokes behind your back. Go on thinking you were a great "boss". You only lasted at QD because of the lawsuits filed by those girls, you would've been out long ago, based on your interpersonal skills and incompetence. Could the organization really let you go? They were claiming discrimination, and that would've proved their case even more. So QD was stuck with you for two more years. What was your background, Telemarketing?
This board is just humorous and even more so that you feel the need to tell someone to move on and get over it. Have you moved on?
