PIPs are a good thing. If you do your job. then there's nothing to worry about.If you blame others and point fingers then you deserve to be let go. It makes the true performers look REAL good !

Wrong. There are no true performers in this chicken-shit franchise. The drugs are either dead or dying. Offices hate to see us and our sales performance is obviously heading to the toilet.

Believe that you really mean that PIPs separate the ass suckers from the ones who are not playing the fantasy game of denial.
Its only temporary though. The ass suckers will get tapped soon enough via either a PIP or a residual layoff. Smell the coffee you clueless lummox. Metabolics is a complete joke to our peers in real franchises with some promise, and to the offices we are supposed to visit.
