Sorry if you too are afraid for your job. Aside from the competitive issues it has always had - It's niche is being squeezed every day a little tighter and you all know it.
 


















"Ms Sunshine".... That's funny right there! She must be just out of training. Giver her tiime and let her enjoy the warm and light of some nice sunshine. Before the burn sets in and she realizes she's been saturated with radiation which will leave her perky breasts permanently scarred - so sad to watch time and again. Luckily, most get out after a year or so and see the BS on the Wall around Ferring.

You failed to mention the timeline. Prepopik has 3 year exclusivity from June 2012. Ferring filed an appeal seeking 5 year exclusivity. Basically trying to change the current 3 year standard exclusivity granted by the FDA when a combo drug includes one component that is not a "new entity" in the US, of which magnesium citrate is not.
 






What up with this lawsuit. .. class action I want in! I'll make more telling the truth than I did selling off label as I was directed to do from management at this messed up place.

No since we had pre printed coupons..... no since targets vs non targets. Corporate can only smoke and mirror so much. Those of us in the GI division all know what a complete and total joke this drug is. Cant wait for new idea from corporate. I can see it now.... next we are going to be asked to pit target vs non target against themselves. LOL
