Warning letters

I remember when I was being hired, one recruiter said to me - "do what seems right to you, but if I were you, I would stay far away from Ferring and consider other options." I remember thinking - you can never really trust a recruiter.... Hmmmmmmmm - maybe I should have trusted that recruiter

Like working at a zoo. Where the monkeys are in charge.

True enough. And just like in a real zoo the monkeys collect their own poo and either throw it at one another or eat it. Yeah...... it's like that. A bunch of numbnuts flinging poo in between eating their own monkey-squat! Oh - and once and a while throwing the "uninspired and lazy sales force" under the bus. But Rick's on the job -- His friends from Sanofi tell us he's a man with a plan -- for himself!

Why the Rick hate? He's just doing exactly what he was hired to do...be the executioner, and tighten up controls. He just needs to stop trying to sound like your HS buddy while he goes about it. It's not like he's fooling anyone and this makes him come off really condesscending.

I've only been with Ferring less than a year. What a complete joke this company is. There is such a high level of uninformed decision-making going on here, it is almost against the law. I am still unsure if it's intentional or incompetence.

As someone formally in management and who has moved on,I totally agree.
