Unfortunately, the best players, on the surface, are often the ones causing the most problems for the company, and they are easily able to escape accountability for harming companies in all the ways they do. Issues regarding reputation (not necessarily having to do with EB, but other) are a problem even for tiny players on the healthcare screen. But CP will never help bring about change there. The front line people will some day need to find the courage to own up to the highest level how they feel about the one, or ones, they talk about constantly behind the scenes. But the environment doesn't make it easy, and there is the fear of unemployment.
