vp of sales is a no show at launch party

Jamie was one of the most dynamic sales leader's I have ever met in my 15 plus years in the Industry. I never thought I would say I would rather have 'Wicky" back, but these two. They have no clue how to connect with a sales force. Remember this, A product is as only as good as the sales force that spearheads it. Period, end of story. With no kicker until 110% it is not going to have that vertical climb they are wishing for. Let's go back for another week of role playing so everyone at home office can justify their existence for a couple of MSA slides. Whatever happened to selling from a scientific standpoint and utilizing the P.I?

I bet she'll show up when the launch goes slower than everyone expected. I can't believe there was not a built in ramp up period. How in the hell are we supposed to be rocking scripts already when it's a CII and pharmacy stocking is so difficult? Surgeons rarely write pain scripts before surgery anymore. A surgical patient needs the med now, not in a few days when the pharmacy will get it in.

And with few pharmacies willing to order without a prescription, this is difficult. I can't tell a doc to write until we have pharmacies to send the patients. We burn a surgeon one time with this drug and they won't write again.

It a freaking frustrating thing. Had 6 Rx Converted to generic Percocet already. I know they are not suppose to but they have. And no I am not turning anyone in. If I'm standing there in pain I would be so happy that RPh called MD office for ok to send me home with something.

They can't "change" a CII Rx without a whole new Rx being written. No leeway with this what so ever. They cannot change it over the phone. Which puts us at another disadvantage.

Stocking is terrible. Even when they agree to stock , you go back and they have not ordered or it was ordered but not arrived even more than one week

If they are switching it to a CIii I believe it can be done. They can't change it to to another CIi but to a c Iii is acceptable, as they are not changing the CIi, they are
Basically getting a new CIII script called in by the office.

She is going to show up as putting people on plans and firing DMs. A few Dms will be gone before June because it is obviously their fault and "nothing to do with poor planning from corporate" oh nooooo!

Can't wait to hear her Town Hall BS......let the micro-managing begin!!

It is not a town hall, but a public flogging of all the teams who have not met the unreasonable expectations. One or two teams and a few reps will be held up as the the reps to honor and everyone else is shit!H

Here are some of the reasons for their success and why the rest of you are failures and losers.
they work much harder, they did a better job with influence selling, they worked on Saturdays, they hold their docs accountable, etc
