vp of sales is a no show at launch party

What are you going to do? Your best bet is to fly under the radar and secure other employment. The more noise you make as a legacy rep, the more apt they are to get rid of legacy reps when they realize they have WAY over forecasted the goals and many territories won't deliver. So please quit whining and addressing yourself as a legacy rep. You are not doing yourself or us any favors. What you CAN do is what most of the legacy AND Inventiv reps are doing and that is to work on securing employment at another company.
Stacy is who Stacy is and she is not going to care or worry about your unhappiness. Protect yourself and get out!!!!!

Be very careful, people!!! She didn't get where she is being nice. Just sell enough to stay off their lists and look for something else.

This place has gone downhill quickly. You knew changes would happen when the spin occurred, but the negativity, lack of retention, and not paying decent bonuses during a major launch has made this company a less desirable place to work for most.

Most people I know ate looking elsewhere.

You people are such babies. Maybe there was a good reason for her not being there, if indeed she wasn't. Did you ever think she might have a family emergency or something that came up at the last minute? If it's so bad at Mallinckrodt and you are so miserable then leave. It's people like you who give pharma a bad name. Believe me, I know as I have been in the industry for 20 years in a variety of positions. So shut up and do your jobs and be thankful that you have one.

Many have left or are actively looking. There is a reason that strong reps, managers, and even an RD has left. Many will leave and not because they don't won't to work hard etc; it is because they see the writing on the wall and know they can be treated better than reps are being treated with this company. One must be happy doing what they do each day; being "thankful" is great but many know they can look for something better because it will only get worse here. Enjoy the koolaid because it won't taste that great in a very short length of time.

she stood on stage and tried to brag about what she has done since she has been here, did she forget to mention the following:

highest turnover of strong performers since she arrived, which she has never addressed

lost the best leader in the company

completely messed up IMS,,

the sales force is disengaged due to her lack of leadership

we can go on.

It is a sad state affairs . So much change and it continues.its hard to launch a product with constant change in sales reps but this has been the direction since October.

Sounds like most of you are adverse to change. Change is constant and necessary. Everything evolves from change. Perhaps you should all consider the bigger picture....the future of Mallinckrodt. Do you really think that if Stacy or any 1 single person was completely destroying this or any other company that the board of directors would allow it to continue? Think about that for a moment.
By the way, I don't work for your company so I am not drinking any Kool-Aid. I know and have worked with and for Stacy in the past. She is a bright person and has a good heart. Give her time and the benefit of the doubt.
Remember, respect and loyalty work both ways!

do the board of directors realize the turnover came from some of the highest producers in the company? I am betting that she hasn't shared it with them. good leaders own mistakes.
