vp of sales is a no show at launch party

someone explain how it is acceptable for a vp to not be at the launch celebration? if this isn't a red flag , then there is a problem. no ability to connect with sales people
 












no excuse for not attending the final celebration for the biggest product in company history, when will people at the home office finally realize she is destroying the morale of the sales force. how does hugh not see this?

the last guy would have celebrated with us, it makes a difference to sales people and tells us she does not belong in this position.

isn't ENGAGEMENT a cultural hallmark????? we are questioning hers right now, for good reason.

It's funny she was talking for to the Ventiv managers more then our DM's. She was a huge part in bringing in all the Ventiv reps and seems to favorr them. They all seem like good people and reps but its discouraging knowing that most started off with a higher base then I currently make

I think everyone knows the direction she is taking the company;if she could convert everyone to contract she would. She's a very unfriendly VP who does not value the same force at all.

I agree; it is sad how fast the company has gone downhill.
 












major rumbling of more turn over ..............
she walks by people without saying hello..............someone at home office needs to address her not being fully engaged. how is this ok at her level?

No one knows. If your are a star for a year, and have been up someone's no-no place, you might make it. Then, you have to make sure that you have the planets aligned and the promotion gods have smiled upon you. Then your DM will tell you sorry, no cigar this year.

The legacy reps should do something about it.
 






What are you going to do? Your best bet is to fly under the radar and secure other employment. The more noise you make as a legacy rep, the more apt they are to get rid of legacy reps when they realize they have WAY over forecasted the goals and many territories won't deliver. So please quit whining and addressing yourself as a legacy rep. You are not doing yourself or us any favors. What you CAN do is what most of the legacy AND Inventiv reps are doing and that is to work on securing employment at another company.
Stacy is who Stacy is and she is not going to care or worry about your unhappiness. Protect yourself and get out!!!!!

why so much negativity? She seems to be no different than any other VP. Why the hostility?
 






Now that's funny. Where did you work last?

most vp's of sales would have attended the launch party. most vp's can at least pretend to care about people. she wont even try.
