Even though we all receive our paychecks from NJ, only the NJ employees get a fair severance. They get 3 months plus a month for every year. The rest of us get 30% of that, it is a lapse of judgement and pure discrimi&$%*nation.

The entire CFO organization was offered the package. I’m in BIT and not many are taking it because we have lost so many already. The entire Digital Health team should take it - like a dozen colleagues, two of whom are VPs, and the just travel the world to various conferences parroting “AI” and “ML” when none of them have the slightest clue.

Most companies create a standardized severance package. BMS chooses to use a loophole. They did not do this previously, the rheumatology division received the same severance package across the company regardless of where someone lived.

I say "AI" and "ML" every morning before I begin work, and every day I end the same way. Where is my Executive Director title?
