Vitas

I work at Vitas. I do very little work all day. My manager is a complete tool. I falsify almost every document they need from me. I usually go to the movies during the day or shopping. I love getting over on this company

I am a rep at Vitas too, and I think you are funny as hell! I wish I had the stones to get over like that. I do inflate my expenses though.

I just did a phone interview with HR for New Jersey. Does anyone know about the management team for NJ? Is it a good place to work? The previous messages about Joe P., Regional Manager, frighten me. I work in the Medical Industry and with Obamacare coming, my present job will be downsizing. Would appreciate feedback.....

Honestly, Vitas is not where you want to work if you want to get into hospice. The only thing they are really good for is a solid training program. I cant speak for the NJ management.

Did you get hired? I had the phone interview, took a test and a face to face. What is next?
I would love to work for Vitas, reading those stupid comments from reps is not really discouraging. In every company there are blood suckers that I don't understand how they got through. No matter how bad the company is, you always have the choice to leave.

How is vitas to work for. What would the salary be for someone living on the westcoast? Do they have a lot of turnover there? Are quotas attainable? Is it depressing?

It is very depressing!! Vitas is ran by Old Women! Big Liars! Their company mission is to find referrals with false claims. They want reps that drink their cool-aid and try to get people who are not really dying so they can charge a lot to Medicare. See...False Claims by Vitas sued.

Biggest Liar you will find in HR LT

I think I am about to get in trouble and any advice on what to do NOW is appreciated.

Last friday, I was at a doctor's office and used the men's room. I was in there for a while. When I came out, the doctor said "all ok? you were in there for a while" So, I thought to stand out I would respond with a funny one-liner, so I said "better than ok, I just beat off!" well, the doc said that that was unprofessional, and now I expect he is going to complain.

I am quitting soon, but what's great is that my new employer is giving me time to decide when to start. I am going to do absolutely NOTHING for as long as I can. I be I get a couple months before they do something.

Agree!! Mr. Joe Preistas is the death of his own divison. Sales force rated no. 2 on the list. Upper management allows this fat dickhead to continue his micromanaging tactics which has sucked out all the motivation from DMDs and sales reps. Hey, upper management: just do away with ARFs and do drop down only for call entries. More time is field instead putting in calls a third of the day!!!Get it now!! Call Pharma for help!!

I show up for my interview in a suit and starched shirt. He shows up in jeans and a polo shirt. Knew there would be problems right from the start of the interview and there were. He use to be in pharma and he wanted to detail me! What a blowhard.
