If your not confused then your one of the many worthless employees that just hangs out at Bausch doing nothing year after year. Yep it is a total freak show. Management are a bunch of rejects that run the place into the ground and couldn't sell used cars or hot tubs. Losers don't know how to be winners.
 
















































Crappy leaders still living in the "glory" days of CIBA Vision when they launched products in a non saturated market with minimal competition compared to today. "When I was at CIBA 15 years ago this is how we did it...blah blah". Reactive upper management who make poor decisions and create "activity" to protect themselves. Good news is job security is at an all time high because we can't afford any more attrition. Just make sure you make 7 calls a day and shove inventories down Doctors throat and all is good! Bausch is back baby!!!
