Viiv

One thing for sure is Fink will be finger-pointing her way out of this one. She will blame the salesforce. This is her MO at Sanofi and Novartis where she destroyed numerous drug launches and products with her incompetence. She's a professional blame-shifter. She will never stand on stage or in zoom as say she got it wrong. If I had 4 hours of writing I could tell you of all her fuckups at Sanofi and Novartis which would make your hair curl. Good luck to you all for having to work for this awful woman.

finger point to the shit marketing messages that NOOOOO DOCTOR CARES ABOUT! Get in touch with reality people, doctors don’t conform to viiv computer generated marketing lines. if iiv wants to win, listen to CUSTOMERS NEEDS and CONFORM TO A SPECIALTY COMPANY. We are not primary care. Get your shit together and stop with these metrics and shitty marketing lines. What are you selling a used car from beat down unmotivated reps? This is so sad to see the carnage and wasted time.
Management go on some more calls and find some more lines to spew when in reality you all are disconnected from the field, customers, the market and HIV PATIENTS.

Another resignation. Still in a pandemic and people are leaving a great paying gig. What does that tell you? Could it be that the culture here has become "big pharma"? Could it be that leadership sucks? Good people are leaving and the company could give a damn. GSK has a way of dehumanizing people. The strong and talented don't stand for it and leave. The mediocre remain. Place has become a joke!

It tells me the mother ship, GSK, see’s ViiV bleeding out money while launching multiple new products. GSK can’t understand how a business unit can become significantly less profitable while introducing new products. It’s counterintuitive, and most likely the first time in the history of industry that now 4 products have been launched and we continue to have less HIV patient’s on our products. Heads have to roll.

Unfortunately there will not be any layoffs. The company has seen to that. Many waiting for the "big payday" will have to wait a long time. From what I'm hearing it's going to look just like GSK primary-care. More call activity metrics, more virtual metrics, role-play evaluations, and more speaker program metrics. As things open up we will be riding with our RSD's more often as well as our AVP's. Micromanagement to the max. Plenty of "coaching" opportunities. Get ready because it's coming!

Someone in the know told me something very similar to this. GSK is extremely disappointed in the ViiV business unit, and is scratching their collective heads as to how, while launching multiple new products, they could lose so many patients. To save money (and face), They are going to micromanage a ton of people out. They will not backfill the positions. According to this person, they are ready to wave the white flag and acknowledge the wrong/terrible direction they took the last 4 years. Having been here a decade, it is incredible how much respect we have lost with customers and the community

When the company was run with more autonomy, we thrived! When GSK leadership infiltrated, we tanked! Does anyone else see the correlation? Waterhouse & Baxter brought Fink in. A monumental catastrophe! The culture has gone to hell and resembles GSK. I'm resigned to life a a primary care sales rep. Such a shame!

This is definitely happening in my area. All of the above, and then some. Panic from the top down. People are desperately trying to leave ViiV, and can’t get out of here quick enough.

I haven’t heard a peep from Kristen or Scott, very uninvolved management- hours on the phone with managers - who repeat what TAMs tell them. Now call me crazy but... how the heck do you make business decisions based on what you hear and never see for yourself. How many customers have upper management met? Then ignore repeatedly customer requests and wonder what is going on. So sad, Viiv should have been so much more. Yep the resignations are starting. Cheers to 2021, was nice to meet you all.

Managers are passing along information to directors and above. The directors and above are so removed they make decisions based kn what they hear and don’t see. Launching specialty products in a primary carr way with primary care minds and primary card metrics. Viiv could be so much more this is so sad. The resignations are starting to roll. Wake up and actually listen to the customers needs and stop ignoring what HIV PROVIDERS want. I am so sick and tired of hearing about the injectable launches you’ve done before and how you think its normal to do the same failed routine over and over. What a nightmare. Who are these primary care people that have lost their minds playing games and focusing on BS marketing lines. wake the F up this is HIV people not the latest trend in a magazine

It is very evident that CAB is going to be a bust! Gilead & Merck collaborating on their long acting injectable which will only be 2 injections per year. ViiV will become a niche company over the next few years. Normally would be good thing. We all know who owns us..GSK. That means even though we will become a niche company, GSK will expect outrageous sales numbers. Those who have recently resigned were able to recognize this. Many talented individuals left and will continue to leave. Imagine being a professional sports team letting your All Stars leave. That's what is happening. Very very sad indeed! No layoffs which is good. However, Those who remain will have a heavy handed management team with the whip cracking on a regular basis. Time to dust off the old resume.

Finks primary care mentality and love of metrics has been a failure at ViiV. Fink has failed at everything she's done in pharma. Who pulled the trigger on hiring her should be thrown out the window today.

I never see or hear from her that or the directors. Suggestions are passed on and requests from doctors are provided that get ignored.

gilead is selling their injectable in Europe while merck will do the injectable selling in the USA. It speaks volumes, selling a refrigerated product is not the same as selling a pill.

if you are talking about yearly injections for PREP - it is an implant

the injection for treatment is ?

Can't you see it? Have you not been paying attention? What other company ruins corporate culture and screws up product launches? We are GSK! We are not ViiV anymore. There will not be layoffs so all you old bastards hoping for a big payday should give up on that fantasy. We will be whipped into driving outrageous sales numbers. Of course there will be call activity metrics to lie about as well. Don't forget about all those speaker programs that offer so much value. Our business cards should read ViiV division of GSK. We work for the machine with all of the unrealistic expectations that come with it.

Fink feels your beneath her. She was the same at Sanofi and Novartis..walk past you in hall and never make eye contact. She hated field sales people the most. You were something stuck on her shoe in comparison.

Never mer her. Seen her on a few national calls. Pretty disconnected leadership team at Viiv compared to ANY company I’ve ever worked for. Seen the light in the past year, this is a primary care company lacking specialty minded people.

Does she still wear black leather skirts and flaps her arms like a wounded pterodactyl? Classic Fink style. Y’all got finked.

Yes remember the windmill action worh her arms and saying "right right right" after every sentence. Dressed like catwomanor in leopard print leather skirts that you would wear at the clubs. Very unpolished. Above all she hates field sales the most. If she was on fire you wouldn't find anyone at Sanofi or Novartis to piss on her and put the fire out.

Multiple customers and thought leaders are now saying Cab and Dovato, if used, will ruin the integrase class - resistance is everywhere- with very low utilization- my primary customer says the guidelines are going to remove any 2DR- scary
