She believes ViiV is only in it for the money and will ruin the integrase class with the resistance to CAB in clinical trials (she feels it will be much worse in the real world) and the 2DR resistance we are hearing about. This is a difficult conversion and has some merit. Best advice to her is find extremely reliable, compliant patients and test for resistance frequently. There is true concern in the HIV community at large about spread of integrase resistance perpetrated by Cab/2DR and what that will do to the current “gold standard.”

A lot of research showing this isn’t an issue with 2DR dovato. More talk about the bullshit coming out of Gilead and shit finally starting to catch up to them.

Gilead bullshit. Wait until Bliptarvy has ruined more than a class and then see what company will pay off HIV doctors to make $$$ for everyone. Gilead makes me sick to watch them manipulate the marketplace, brainwash their reps and pay off doctors. Viiv at least has a pipeline.
The biggest questions is, there is cure research creeping up on everyones doors. Maybe none of us will be having these 2DR,3DR conversations in 5-7 years.

All that “pipeline” and launches, and yet, we have been losing our ass in business the last 3 years. I was around when Dolutegravir based products were used nearly as often as Gilead products, and that wasn’t too long ago. Now we make 1/3rd what they do annually with our HIV portfolio. ABANDON SHIP already, all our “new” products suck, aren’t being used, and fill zero unmet needs. We better invent a cure, because our hemorrhaging of cash can’t continue.

I am nervous as Hell - there is sooooo much riding on this Cab shot seeing how poorly Juluca/Dovato are doing. I am not hearing any HCP excitement at all (besides our Speakers). They are already bailing on it as it is too difficult to administer, track, and get covered. What are we going to do? We are screwed!

Stock closed at a 4 year low today. Yep GSK to be acquired, then all the dead weight dumped off. Lots of folks going bye bye.
 












The sad sad fact is that there will be no layoff. The company is going to push, yell and threaten us on a daily basis. They want people to leave on their own. Severance is too costly. Just keep screaming at the TAM's to get in front of customers and sell. So if you received a "C" in your calibration you can expect a lot of scrutiny and possibly a PIP. But no severance. Just the crack of the whip! Whhhhhaaaaack!! Thanks Fink!

Look at the pipeline future, you might start to realize the OBVIOUS shift of focus and what the company is investing in. When it comes within 6 months of those launching expect changes... understand your company understand your products future and pipeline.
Also, sad that the company fails at launching because people in home office make decisions for an ENTIRE country based on local markets not consulting with medical doctors within the organizations that WORK in clinics still. Big hot mess and MAJOR PLANNING FAIL. Useless restrictions, big mistake Viiv!
 






We are a cash cow. Billions in revenue built in to our portfolio. That will not change. What has changed and will continue to change is the proliferation of GSK and big pharma culture. Stay here and you will make a solid income but pay a price by compromising your ethics and dignity. Each and everyone of us lies about something related to ViiV everyday! The calls we make, the customers we see, the discussions we have, the programs attendees that show up, the amount of targets we can actually see and those are just a few of the lies. Then we are humiliated by having to role-play in order to hone our sales skills. We have helicopter management as a way for RSD's to justify their useless positions. Listen to me, you have options. Other companies are hiring. Sold organizations similar to what ViiV once was. Better corporate culture with comparable pay. Speaking of income, if you are here just to make an extra 10K per year then you have other problems. Not judging by any means, if you choose to stay here, good for you! Just stop complain about it! You make a good living. No job is perfect. So either move out of here...and there ar plenty of other opportunities...or stfu!
 






The management team are on calls all day disconnected to what the needs of a specialty organization are. Upper management does not understand what doctors needs are. Instead they come up with meaningless metrics and MISS THE BOAT big time! Wake up Viiv, you have great products and are about to lose your ass if you keep primary care sales tactics as your goals. Treat your sales teams like adults and be in the same page. Don’t expect to sit on conference calls all day and then have your sales team learn what took you hours. You schedule time wasting useless conference calls and wonder why there is no feedback. Reps are in front of customers and dumbfounded and insulted with your lack of connection. You want to know whats going on, listen to customers and stop making us tell you 20 different ways multiple times a week the same thing. We don’t want to hear marketing terms and bullshit anymore. Tell me to leave, I have applied to 5 jobs this week and know many more that are on their way out of this bullshit.
Viiv used to be a specialty company. So disappointed this Sanofi team couldn’t get it together to work in specialty sales and figure out realistic ways of working and normal adult ways of selling. What the F have you been doing for the past year- wasting time on calls disconnected from reality in the HIV world.
 






Get used to it..we are not ViiV Healthcare! We are GSK! Big Pharma with all the micro-mangment that comes along with it. We will be held to metrics you never even heard of! Call activity during a pandemic, who was the brainchild behind that metric? It's GSK baby! What have you done today to make you feel proud!

My question now is. So Fink how is your new, expensive team (that had a year to build relationships) doing????? NOT very good. You would think they would all have had their top provider ready with at least 1 patient to start on this product.... one month into it and you can count on one hand the number of patients on the product. I would say that is a horrible launch. When will GSK clean house at the upper management level.... SVP and above. This place is doomed.

It’s ridiculous- they had 18 months to get offices ready. WTF? I didn’t think it possible to have a worse launch than Dovato, and yet here we are with Cab. How many absolute turds can we launch in a row while continuing to lose tens of millions in Dolutegrivir business annually? It’s beyond ridiculous and management heads need to roll.
 






You can thank ole Fink! The CAB team was her idea and hers alone. A year to prepare! An F-ing year! This is what this new sales team is capable of? I thought they had "injectable" experience? An absolute cluster! Most of the good RSD's & TAMs have left or are about to leave. This place is circling the drain fast!

Interesting lies ... who left the CAB team ? Its been 6 weeks into launch during covid still go back ti Gilead troll
 






One thing for sure is Fink will be finger-pointing her way out of this one. She will blame the salesforce. This is her MO at Sanofi and Novartis where she destroyed numerous drug launches and products with her incompetence. She's a professional blame-shifter. She will never stand on stage or in zoom as say she got it wrong. If I had 4 hours of writing I could tell you of all her fuckups at Sanofi and Novartis which would make your hair curl. Good luck to you all for having to work for this awful woman.
