They should begin contacting their past physician customers and not only apologize to them for the top down lies that were told them regarding reimbursement (the marching orders were, the only way you're going to get paid doc, is to do more cases) but also, vertos should reimburse the docs that listened to that sorry story. Secondly, Vertos instituted a "no returns" policy while pushing the hosp customers to buy in 5 and 10 kit orders to help meet sales goals. Vertos should be forced to accept returns now and pay back hosp and asc facilities for the number of kits gathering dust on shelves, ASAP.
Anyone considering jumping on board Vertos, in and if they have a future should realize the Vertos mgmt team is evil, period. They inflated numbers to benefit favorable reimbursement hopes and they were snake bitten, in the end. Nice product and procedure, horrible roll-out strategy and plan to make it mainstream, guided and managed by shit heads.
