So what's the word from Vegas?? Any ABLs or RDs in EC or Respiro on here that want to clue us in on what's going on? Are we going to learn anything from this meeting?
 








Why do I think the bomb will drop in November or December. I have heard something about a joint meeting in February possibly. That would give everyone enough notice prior to any reorg. Don’t you just love speculating lol
 




















I'm dreading the gaslighting from ABLs after this Vegas meeting. All a big push to end the year strong and nothing I do from now til then is really going to make much difference. Now through the end of the year is gonna suck. I can't more take any more micromanaging and field rides! Glad I saved a lot of my PTO for the end of the year.
 




By the slim chance that any senior leader in sales from any of our divisions is reading these posts - including the new CE head - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STOP THE FIELD RIDE INSANITY!!!!! You want to cut costs? Cut the damn overpaid babysitter role. Holy poo, once a month babysitting is uncalled for! Doctors don’t want to see another damn body with a rep anymore. Make any excuse that you want but our customers don’t want them. Find a new way to do business other than the 90’s Pharma way. Perhaps elevate the rep role to true account managers and a handful of the best ABL’s to a director level role with a larger number of reps under them. Stop the field ride insanity and help us strategize and execute. Please and thank you
 




My manager and I are close. He told me hold the reps more accountable during field rides. Plus managers will be doing more field rides. 4 days a weeks in some cases 5 if needed. Seems like they are blaming the reps for the poor performance. Hope you have a good manager who won't treat you like a PCR.

Field rides are a part of your job responsibilities. We don’t care how much you don’t like them. Grow up and act like a professional. You will do as you are told. If you don’t like it, don’t accept your paycheck.

I can support the above, you’re going to see more of your manager now then perhaps ever before. There is more emphasis on coaching for success and yes that includes business planning in addition to observing selling skills.
 




Coaching for success - our leadership development team sucks balls. The only thing they can fall back on is coaching. Coaching for selling skills because asking more questions will certainly make the doctors want to buy and bill leqvio.

The truly remarkable part about all of this is they will roll out an endless parade of useless trackers, but they still will not track AIC syringes.

Track calls. Track focus accounts. Track hyper focus accounts. Track FTO's.

None of it means a goddamn thing.

Track actual utilization? Let the reps know if they are doing their job well?

Fuck that - have you seen how much it would cost?

Just an embarrassing clown-show. Victor and his cadre of sycophants can all go fuck themselves.
 




The truly remarkable part about all of this is they will roll out an endless parade of useless trackers, but they still will not track AIC syringes.

Track calls. Track focus accounts. Track hyper focus accounts. Track FTO's.

None of it means a goddamn thing.

Track actual utilization? Let the reps know if they are doing their job well?

THIS⬆️!! THIS ⬆️!! THIS⬆️!! All of this 1000% yes!! I love my job but the ‘90’s way of pharma sales needs to go. Let’s move into the new millennium and stop the 1x month field rides. I’ve had many customers roll their eyes and some even get annoyed and pissed when I bring in an extra body. Is not necessary and accomplished nothing. I’m all for working with my manager on business development but I don’t think he needs to stand in an office and watch me to do that. It’s fucking creepy really.
