Not a chance in hell. The VBU is finished and I’m glad I’m gone. What a terrible company. VBU has been silently laying people off over the last year. Basically forcing good employees out without having to terminate them and give them a severance. The VBU will get what it deserves.

Glad I jumped ship this year. Anyone with an inch of talent and intelligence can see the end of this chess match. Bexsero is priced too high, especially for big health systems, and vaxellis will eat away VFC quickly at splitters and FQHCs and such. Leadership is crap on top of all of this. Salesforce will be halved. Good luck everyone.

You’re making sense. But the idiots who have sold their soul to the company will think you don’t know what you’re talking about. Bexsero is priced wayyy to high and it’ll be the death of it. Leadership is completely useless and all about metrics. My FLL is the kind of “Metrics.” Constantly coming up with metrics that won’t do squat for business.
I lie each and every day. Spending my time looking for a new job I’m in the VBU division here in MN. Many of my district team mates are also job shopping.

The real question at this point is why anyone would stay. Hoping for a buyout when they reorg this fall? They are running out good people every day so they don’t have to buy them out.
