hasn’t he been a sound-bite, media-bite and personality type of CEO? When the going gets tough…nowhere to be found. Also VB as head of US and on the ECN plus MFT? Where is the real performance and leadership that existed at NVS? I very one has got lost in the BS of servant leadership, unbossing, etc. Great companies need performance oriented leaders who are tough with a soft heart. Here we have quite the opposite without any performance toughness. Very very sad.

Y’all are over interpreting the situation. The lawyers have him bound up while the chopping plan is finalized. Too many legal risks to be out and about communicating right now. The Board loves Vas and will give him another go.

Word from a reliable source is that he resigned but Board did not accept. Assume he will be out after Q1 results in 2023
