You’ve been awfully quiet during this whole re-org. Disappointed in the lack of leadership we had come to expect from you.
I was thinking the same thing - Probably because he’ll be out himself soon too! You’ve been awfully quiet during this whole re-org. Disappointed in the lack of leadership we had come to expect from you.
I couldn’t agree more. Silence speaks louder than words. You’ve been awfully quiet during this whole re-org. Disappointed in the lack of leadership we had come to expect from you.
The lame US performance is dragging this company down. Europe continues to do well. The layoff announcement came right after 2021 results were announced and NVS posted just 4% growth over PY. Vas is in the doghouse - cutting costs and FTE. You can thank him for the situation we're in. Also - going outside for an analyst to lead Global Strategy is another hail mary... The Board wants change and a growth trajectory. Fed up with bad launches and lame US performance so now direct line and oversight. Victor is over his head too. Sad to see NVS in this situation.
It looks like it.Where is Vas? Are Marie and Stefan running the slash n burn
Problem is no one is running this place. There is no plan. We should be running for the exit.Where is Vas? Are Marie and Stefan running the slash n burn
And hold on to complacent employees for far too long. There is a reason we are slow, bureaucratic and a follower rather than a leader.Keep hiring ex Novartis employees to run the place. First you run them out of town then hire them back.
