Tom Griffin is the absolute biggest piece of shit face of this earth.

If the IC plan that he presented today is representative of him, that would be a very true comment. He introduced an IC plan based upon rewarding improper sampling and unethical behavior. Hey, Jen and Russell get off of your knees and stand up for the reps. You will see continued turnover. Do you think the new 65 will not keep looking once they see how Vanda is not concerned about the patient, but solely the ego of GP and Dr Polyupyourass.

There are also no sample customers. That leaves perhaps 20 people left in your computer to sign. Reps are supposed to leave 100 samples each week? Anyone who leaves this many samples is forging signatures and throwing them in the trash. Can this be the least effective sales strategy ever ???

If a state has a Medicaid carve out drugs for schizophrenia patients are free. The only patients that would benefit from samples would most likely be for out of PI indications.

Dr P refuses to understand that samples do not automatically equal prescriptions. Actually having indications for something, ANYTHING other than adult schizophrenia may be the answer. After being on the market for many years and no movement towards another indication sends a clear message that Dr P may be the most inept CEO in pharma.

Samples are important, but only a great sales rep can move this product.

The truth is this: only the top 20% in this industry can actually sell good, and love their work. The other 80% not only suck at selling, but they hate their jobs.

That is my observation from 20 plus years in this industry.

I pass out samples like condoms in a free health clinic because its my job and I will steal these fools money for as long as I can.
