This is a long process...We've only read the menu and you want to grade the meal.

Poison pill was to stop the stockpiling to buy time. Which happened within hours and communicated transparently.

Silence is because they're preparing their thoughts and not ready to speak

No one knows anything else

I would grade him A minus. My reasons are below

Good things like
Past Achievements
Current Progress
Future Vision
Clarity of thought

Reasons for not giving A Plus
Senior management did not allocate capital wisely
Inversion should have been executed atleast 2 years ago
In current situation, employees are out of loop

If VRX buys us and you are out of a job will your balls grow and give him a different grade? Or would it remain a business as usual A minus?

Out of job means I won't have the luxury of time to grade anyone

I will be on the streets looking for grub. Tough times then buddy

Don't be so bitter on the hand that feeds you. He did what was possible. Should we have done inversion long time back? Sure. But hindsight is 20:20
