Vaccine Retention













Telling customers that you are a nurse because she thinks that will gain credibility is so dumb on her part. They could give a F@$*! She stepped over the line on to the dark side and sold her soul. When she goes to hell she can line up with the child molesters, animal killers and all those sort of losers.

On another note, VBU reps wearing scrubs, I remember when Al Thompson addressed this on a national call 10 months ago and said it was fine. Just shook my head. Why the F#$%! would you allow a vaccine rep to wear scrubs. Why don't I wear a bikini and thongs into the customers business?
 




































I joined the vbu 3 or so years ago as a adult rep in the west. i made a big mistake joining this organisation. everything i was told has not materialized to what my hiring manager said. i am so pissed off at her. the first year was a honeymoon, sense then, a horrible stressed out place for me and all my colleagues. I would never recommend any friend to word her. I'm looking for another job and if you are considering working for GSK, know what you are stepping into, literally stepping on to a pile of dog S#$@.
 


















The VBU is full of horrible management from the top down. The Titanic is sinking and it's gone from a slow leak to a full blown gusher.
The Captain tells us of a bright future as as the ship sinks and men dressed as women push children and women aside for a seat in the life boats. Folks, the men dressed as women are the FLL's. They really don't care about any of us, just themselves.
Over the next year the survivors will wish they had drown. Yes, this is the VBU.
Horrible, horrible, horrible.
Sometime money will buy you happiness.
In the VBU nothing will buy you happiness or bring you from your depressive episode that never resolves.
Look at yourself in the mirror, you are old and broke down from this gig.
 






Can we please stop the conference calls, trackers, and other BS that takes us away from customers?? Right now we are hemorrhaging financially. I firmly believe that KS is trying to prevent reducing headcount....but it will be inevitable. We’ve got to turn the ship but the the “busywork” is just plain BS and counterproductive.

I still love my job and the VBU, but please pull the plug on initiative that don’t directly impact business!!

Most my colleagues in my region were nice people. The good ones got out. The remaining ones, most of which are back stabbers, use to be decent people until our manager in the northwest created an atmosphere of distrust and talking S#$@ about everyone behind everyone's backs. Thanks JM.
