LA FLL's are horrible!

Not just LA. The entire West VBU is composed of FLL's (First Line Losers) that can't figure out how to pull their heads out of their butts.

It's Monday and 7:30 am on the west coast. My manager called my cell this morning at 7:15 am and asked why my tracker was not updated on Friday. I said, are you kidding me? I was told that these trackers are imperative to the success of the VBU. Again, I stated, are you kidding me. BTW, I was on PTO all last week as it was spring break here. Now at 8am I get to sit on a two hour regional call followed by a 1/2 hour pediarix then 1/2 hour shingrix call. Oh, and top of the agenda on both products, trackers.

Folks, the beat downs will continue until the morale improves or morale does not improve and you continue to get beat down until you don't get up one day. It's so very sad to see reps that one day were full of life get beat down until they become walking dead. Out of 8 on my team, 6 are walking dead. The other two, you could not extract their head from the mangers ass if you used a semi tow truck.

So true. I was full of life until it got sucked out of me with the rubbish that our FLL’s burden us with and the crappy people on my team. Losers. There is so much silly busy work. It’s like the FLL’s job is just to create more work. I am just waiting on an offer and then I am getting the hell out of GSK.

Sounds like most regions with all the B.S., stress and manager that have no souls.
It was good the hear that the Tyrant, CS has been relieved of her duties. Many of the FLL's in the area should be removed as well. They executed the orders from C.S. with pleasure. Truly, no morales in that bunch of FLL's. Saying that they were following orders does not disqualify them from the agony that management in the west caused from top down.

Get out if you can before you morale, dignity and joy for life are completely sucked out of you.

It was good the hear that the Tyrant, CS has been relieved of her duties. Many of the FLL's in the area should be removed as well. They executed the orders from C.S. with pleasure. Truly, no morales in that bunch of FLL's. Saying that they were following orders does not disqualify them from the agony that management in the west caused from top down.

Get out if you can before you morale, dignity and joy for life are completely sucked out of you.

Not really a great article since I work in the VBU. Eye opening for sure and cause for alarm. This article together with the silent layoffs, no backfill of open positions and creating more and more full line territories in the VBU is not good news.

Exodus of talent because they see the writing on the wall and it's not good.
Times will get very tough in the VBU as competitive pressures lead to internal pressure beyond control.
We will see the squeezing of reps and managers so they leave to another company. The openings will not be backfilled in many to most instances.

If you haven’t already, Good time to start applying for jobs. If anyone thinks they’re safe, let me remind you this is a business and they don’t give a crap what you’ve done for the company or who you are. They will get rid of you without batting an eye.

I think their are a sone good fll in west. There are two females though that have horrible reputations for how they treat their people. One of the leaders keeps changing up trackers to the point people are like which are we filling out now? Both of these women have chased off good reps because of how brutal they are to work for. One has all her team laughing behind her back. This same leader is always pitting the reports against one another WTF? What she doesn’t know is everyone talks amongst each other and they know what’s she said. Just a matter of time before someone spills the beans about confidential details she’s shared. The other is completely not trusted by her team. The best mgrs are JK, JD hard driving but humane nice people. The two unnamed are abusive. Much similar to their leader. Surprised no one has turned them in for the things they do and say to their reps. Management has to be better and lift people up not beat them down.

I use to report to her a few years back. She was an idiot, that JM. hope she gets what is coming to her, treats people like crap.

Old lady just needs to retire and remove the toxic atmosphere she has created in our region. If I blink my eye, watch out. It will be in my coaching to win report. Screw her.

Nurse isn't a big deal either but the way. 2 year course you become a LPN, you're a nurse. Now get your BSN, RN different story. Point is, the rep job is OVER! When she goes to hell she can line up with the child molesters, animal killers and all those sort of losers.

On another note, VBU reps wearing scrubs, I remember when Al Thompson addressed this on a national call 10 months ago and said it was fine. Just shook my head. Why the F#$%! would you allow a vaccine rep to wear scrubs. Why don't I wear a bikini and thongs into the customers business?
