Read article in WAPO today about hospitals in states overwhelmed with COVID cases setting up protocols to triage care in ICU’s. Those vaxxed will have priority over those not vaxxed. Don’t forget, heart attacks, emergencies unrelated to covid are still occurring. This makes total sense to me. You don’t choose to get vaxxed, the hospital can choose not to treat you until those vaxxed are treated. Good plan if you ask me. Sorry. Charlie.

well your first problem is you believe what you read In WAPO.

pretty sure if in an unvaccinated / Covid Negative person comes into the ER with a head trauma from a car accident, they won’t be be slotted behind a vaccinated person with a less severe injury or illness.

that’s unconscionable, but whatever fits your narrative, go for it.

Actually WAPO is one of the few news sources I trust. Not owned by Rubert Murdoch. THere would be a triage protocol. Point is, an unvaccinated person gasping for air would be bypassed not only by the above you mentioned but by a vaccinated person having a heart attack, etc. ICU's could decide who to treat- hopefully a child too young to be vaccinated who caught covid with complications vs the unvaccinated adult.- Darwin is real!!! Just ask Caleb Wallace from San Angelo- oops can't ask him, he died.

your logic assumes the unvaccinated person is infected with Covid. Using that logic you are suggesting that an unvaccinated women who needed an emergency C section would be passed over for a vaccinated person there for a less emergent reason.

I can tell you right now if the mother and or child die in such a situation as that, the lawyers will wet their pants at the opportunity to sue everyone involved down to the custodian.

if you mean an unvaccinated person who is infected, then state that in your comment. Not every unvaccinated person has Covid when they go to the ER and some may have immunity as a result of a prior infection.

you’ve heard of unconscious bias I presume, perhaps you are infected by it.

I think unvaccinated people deserve to just not be treated. Too dangerous to doctors, staff and inpatients who might become infected…modern day lepers.

Effective outpatient treatments for people who are sick, what a novel idea.
