And whats wrong With your data is it is not currently taking into account that the delta variant caused 96-99% of hospitalizations to be UNVACCINATED
That leaves few breakthrough cases causing hospitalization or death so yes the vaccine is doing its job. Covid will continue to circulate for years to come, we travel and are in contact with many people every day.

None of their business. This nonsense is already being challenged in court against other entities. GSK will have a huge legal mess if it tries to do this. And if past performance is any indicator of future performance, the company will drag its feet enforcing any such measure.

Supreme Court already ruled on this. Yes, companies can make you get vaccinated as a term of employment

PFE does not have sufficient inventory of the newly branded and approved vaccine so people with still be receiving the product which was labeled and authorized for emergency use only.

Hmmm, well medically it’s the same vaccine so why does it matter you ask. Because legally, they are not the same. The EUA product is not licensed and does not have a product label.

So PFE gets credit for FDA approval, but maintains legal immunity because everyone will still be injected with the EUA authorized vials for the foreseeable future in the USA.

If people have a serious AE, the first thing PFE will say is IMMUNITY, we have immunity from liability on those vials cause they were actually EUA product, not the FDA licensed product.

Of note, companies mandating vaccines now based on the FDA-approval are digging themselves a grave. You Cannot require someone to take a non-FDA approved vaccine and the EUA vials are not legally FDA-approved or they would have a brand label and a package insert.

Fastest FDA full approval in history, no public comment period and no advisory committee. Where there’s smoke, there’s fire.

Companies getting by with this by saying Pfizer's is FDA approved. I need to know more about these EUA vials not being FDA approved. Can they still force us if a mandate comes? I'm not getting it so need to find out how I can be exempt.

Many of the physicians I call on didn't want to get it. They were forced to. It's morally wrong and the fact they can't be sued makes it worse.
