Who will we hear about leaving this week? I’m just staying because I’m almost about to receive the medical. The only other reasons to stay here maybe if you really need the benefits which are good, almost ready to retire, or just like to work for a few hours a couple days a week.

I really enjoyed my time working in the VBU. Al was an inspiring leader. His one downfall, he supported Kim S. KS is the most insincere, fake, unpredictable leader I ever witnessed while at GSK. If you think you have a good relationship with Kim, watch your back, do not trust her. I am not surprised that everyone is jumping ship.

A lot of people are leaving because of her
 






I like that the national meeting has been postponed due to safety and concerns about Omnicron but leadership is still pushing us to go out in field where there are Covid cases everywhere

I like how just about EVERY other profession is still going to work in person, yes virtual customer meetings have a place, but if you want a telesales job go work inside sales and take a massive pay cut and give your car back.
 






kimmy will never have respect out west. Listen, I’m not going to pretend LM was an amazing leader but she was a good person in my opinion. I do agree it was time for change, but the way it was handled was embarrassing.

Let's layoff areas where access is poor and sales are reflective of that. That'd be the Northwest and upper midwest and northeast.
Let telesales work those areas. Vaccines is a commodity and let's save money and act like it is.

Funny comment, maybe you should check sales before you speak. My guess is you came from a pharma background. Go back to pharma and deliver your message.
