It’s sad but it is the smart thing to do. There are a lot of talented people in the VBU that are stuck working for poor management and with only Shingrix to sell. People without experience are promoted. Ten years ago it was a good job but now is the time to get out. Morale is at an all time low. People that aren’t looking are just foolish.

Individor, BMS, AZ, Exact have all been beneficiaries of her poor management. Not just great leaders, but account managers and reps too. More money, better working conditions and realistic expectations are available at other companies. Gsk vaccines has no pipeline and it’s just a miserable place to be.
