-First an afternoon developing our “I am..but” statement. “I am a VBU leader but I have no clue how to lead”
-Followed by a hyped up call on how our new bonus structure was going up…like target for the entire year going up a whopping $1,000 for level 7s.
- Now I got an email about “Winter Fest” where we pay millions for high priced celebrities to get on calls with us to make cocktails? A thank you would be distributing the cash amount to employees.

Nothing surprises me anymore at this clown show

I happen to agree. As an alum of a HBCU, we are coming back!! I’m ready to sell and WIN in 2022. Can’t wait to do more, feel better, and live longer.

I think all of you complainers need to find a new company. The VBU performance is outstanding, especially through the COVID crisis, and you are part of the industry leading vaccine company in the US and Globally. You should be proud of what you are a part of and strive to make it better. Regardless of what happens to GSK in the future, the VBU will be a bedrock for growth and innovation. Stop complaining and work to make things better! It drives us stockholders nuts!

You’re kidding right? While we WERE the industry leader, how can you even think that now? We STILL haven’t produced a Covid vaccine that’s licensed for use. Failed universal flu.

Are you high? GSK performance seems fine in the GSK bubble, but in the industry it is a turd.
The VBU is a joke and the competition continues to out pace GSK. Except for Shingrix, everything else is at best a me to product. R&D, give me a break. Once Universal flu comes out from the competition GSK will have zero sales in that bucket. OMG, we are so behind the competition in every bucket. Judy, you were handed a bucket of shit!

The above quote has to be a joke. I sure hope so.
If it's not a joke- the employee who posted it is a low performing complacent loser who find satisfaction in a low performing organization with crappy leadership and D+ innovation.

If you were such a concerned stockholder you would rally around getting the VBU some new decent leadership. By the way I immediately sell my stock grants when available and put them in something that will perform decently. Because our “great innovation” certainly hasn’t been demonstrated in the stock price.
