i think they were talking about the manager Tara. With regards to managers- CG is the worst of the worst. He needs to follow Robin our the door. He is AWFUL- his team and the manager team thinks he is horrible.
Sad to see what we’ve become. Management by favoritism and fear. Consolation promotions of worthless Mgrs. and leadership pushing a ridiculous retention program because they KNOW who is hiring right now and that everyone has one foot out the door. If you’re smart you’re already interviewing.
That retention program is a joke and insulting. More people are on their way out and there isn’t a thing Liz can do or say on the next call to change minds. Hey WB, Keep trying to instill fear on the field and more people will leave.
