How can the sales team grow when you have incompetent leaders like rs, hp?
This is so much deeper than RS and HP. They are the least of our problems and can’t say they’re the worst either. Better yet, can someone please address the plunging stock price, the number of people leaving and the reason why urogen continues to create and hire for useless middle management roles and consultant positions that offer zero value? Hey Exec.’s, share your strategy with the rest of us because we can’t seem to make sense of the Rorschach test you are giving us. Just looks like shit thrown against a wall to see what sticks.

Can someone explain how Bob was promoted to VP of Sales but ZERO has been announced??? Why has Jeff not announced this wonderful promotion given for what reason?? Oh, that's right, Urogen promotes for every reason BUT deserving and talented. Bob's days are numbered...he will be gone by end of the year. Why hire an NSD and have a VP for this size sales force??? Only 1 internal posting who is also a loser, used car salesman...any guesses who that is? NO ONE wants to come here. It's such a toxic place and the leaders are useless! Why are Jeff, Bob and Tom still here???
100% accurate post. Perhaps he was promoted due to his strong leadership qualities and consistently exceeding our target #s? Why wouldn’t his promotion get announced? Absolutely no need for VP of sales and NSD, especially when sales have been subpar. This internal circle jerk of underserved promotions has to end now, no one has earned it in upper management
