Bova will reply like he did at bayer and was ran off. The " Peter principle" runs deep in pharma especially if you live in north east. Marketing creates arrogant morons that thank they are God. They roll out a campaign created by a marketing vendor they pay tons of money. They are clueless too. They promise the board and kiss their ass. Germany with bayer did the same with xofigo. Bova promised the number. He never pushed back because he was too stupid to know the number was unrealistic and wouldn't be hit. As the qtr closed we were not even near the goal so Bova starts pointing at sales force and blaming them, " sound familiAR" Bova had no clue regarding the drug or market. His marketing campaign was a failure. Bova is simply a failure. FAILURES hire FAILURES. That is the opposite of leaders which Bova is not. He will never be successful and will fail the rest of his life. No surprises just truth. Bova prove me otherwise I know this bothers you but not man enough to say different.

Strategy? What strategy? This place has never had a strategy, or a plan for the launch or commercialization of this product. Instead we get a patient Id tool which is even remotely appropriate for 1 in 20 calls. Marketing, we appreciate you, but ask the field before you run with something that may or may not be useful. Exec. Leadership to middle mgmt on every level is incompetent beyond belief without a clue how to sell or how hard the field (CNEs, TBMs and FRMs) working to try and pull things through. They think PEFs can be pulled out of a TBMs ass. Good luck I’ll even spread the cheeks for you
