The board should consider replacing the executive leaders- Liz and Jeff. They have failed the patients, providers and employees. This company is an embarrassment. Current sales should reflect the leadership. Last year we hid under “ covid” as a reason for slow sales. This year…?? No one is going to buy this company as it is now. Time for a full overhaul

What has happened to UroGen? So much promise with this product and yet leadership (on all levels) has driven this Co 6’ in to the ground. Lost almost everyone from the Medical Team, a few RBM’s (one that REALLY needed to go, ahem…MG) and a number of great reps. And many more are looking to leave. Can UroGen survive the leadership that’s in place currently or will the board act quickly enough to get rid of the cancer at the top? Time will tell and not sure we have much more of that either.
 
















If we had a good product or no reimbursement issues then we could increase sales. The “fancy” generic does not get providers excited

Someone tell me why Field reps worth there weight should stay? Comp plan is most certainly dropping again less money to be made. Why do FRM’s stay when being blamed for MA shortcomings and KADs don’t know there place. I’m out the grass is greener

I was invited to interview for a manager position at UroGen a couple of years ago. Got turned down and was honestly pretty upset when the recruiter called to break the news. Looking over these threads, I feel like I was lucky to get rejected. This looks like a disaster. Sorry to see this. The technology looked promising.

The board needs to swiftly remove leadership in order to preserve stock price and the company. It will continue to do what it has done if all stays the same. Wake up!!!
Agreed. LB is not a thinker and she does not know how to keep her emotions in check. She allows relationships with "friends" to cloud her judgment which is a very poor attribute. The leadership lacks any sense of moral backbone to a point of turning on each other. LB and JB are not intelligent - and together they are worse. It's like the blind leading the blind. They have no idea where (or who) the problems are and they continue to get caught up in the bashing game. There is no hope here.

You dodged getting placed into prison. This place Suffocates innovation and challenging ideas. The culture is complete and total shit and the prison is ran by the patients from the Insane asylum.
