the hospital team is taking this hit, they have skill set that is so much more developed than necessary for a primary care job. hospital managers don't want to be PC managers, PC managers don't want to be the new managers. company wants as many opt outs as possible.
DCO's are going to be chosen on chapped lips from kissing asses. pucker up guys...and moving forward, expect more of these out of the blue october surprises.

As a former employee, sorry to hear. A company must innovate and launch products. Many pharma companies do not innovate. They all use same business software, same companies to crunch numbers, same companies to draw territory lines.
