received offer yesterday, in Midwest, was told $130 at plan, not worth it considering territroy size and 8-9 overnights a month. I am 55 and just dont want to travel that much, will stay with job making $105 at plan with 2 overnights, would have taken if I was in my early 40s, wont be an easy sell and lots of early pressure to get a quick start, good luck
