HR needs an overhaul in a major way. The guy leading it is so unprofessional in his appearance and behavior. If there is going to be a culture change - start there. Then look at his hand picked "talent" covering the west. Gossip, rumouring and unprofessional behavior must have been in her job description.

Warren and Harper have the gig figured out and they are coasting or coasting as much as possible while dealing with these horrible AE's. Sales is the main problem with this company, always has been and will be until someone holds sales accountable. I have worked closely with both of these guys and they are more experienced and knowledgeable than senior management. Put these guys in charge of the company and look out, there will be tons of positive changes.
