seriously! You nailed it buddy! In like 2017 it was phenomenal. I loved my job & coworkers.. then it’s as if the company said, “how can we ruin this culture & get everyone to hate us??” Sad. I miss the good ol days

Exactly. It was the best place to work. Then they brought in weak leadership that lacks empathy and ability So sad.

Trust me. Rheum is not as bad as derm. My friends in rheum point to the addition of the derm team as the catalyst that turned UCB from a great place to work into a complete joke. And every new leader derm hires is worse than the last. People who have been run out of multiple companies or have zero sales leadership experience, It’s like a bad remake of Trading Places and Randolph and Mortimer just keep doubling down on who can make the worst hire.

same in Derm and they are all either hacks that never sold a biologic before or mediocre reps who were promoted because those above them knew they were stupid enough that they could be easily controlled. There were a few decent managers at the beginning but of course they were run out by the insecure and incompetent people above them. Nothing intimidates an unqualified leader like realizing that the people below him are smarter and more capable than he is.
